Elle & Vire Pastry-hand on Training Workshop 2022

Cambodia exclusive distributor Thai Huot Trading Co., Ltd. together with Elle & Vire Professionel of France, held workshops on Pastry Hands-On Training to participants by exclusively invitations only from 21st till 22nd February 2023 at From 21 to 22 February 2022 at Thai Huot Company, located at Lot 1565, Veng Sreng Blvd., Choam Chao Village, Choam Chao Sangkat, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Pastry chefs or pâtissier in French, experienced hands-on sessions, techniques to improve and refine with Elle & Vire Professionnel Pastry Chef Jonathan Leger.

Jonathan Leger is a professional chef with extensive experience in baking and training of trainees from around the world, especially in Southern Asia. He previously worked as a chef for a three-star Michelin restaurant in Brussels, Belgium and is currently the head chef of Savencia.
